2026 Cogan Ophthalmic History Society Meeting Registration

Richmond, Virginia

Please complete one registration form for each person attending the meeting.

The registration fee for those fully participating in the meeting is $500 until Friday, March 27, 2026. Late registration of $600 will close on Wednesday, April 8, 2026. Full refunds, minus a $100 processing fee, can be made until April 8, 2026, after which no refunds can be made.

Registration for participation only in the scientific presentations, continental breakfasts, and Saturday lunch (no evening events) is $400 ($500 after March 27, 2026).

The registration fee for those attending only the social meal events is $200, and must be completed by April 8, 2026, with full refunds, minus a $100 fee, available until that date.

 

Support for Students, Residents, and Fellows:

Students accepted in an ophthalmology residency program, current ophthalmology residents,  and fellows may apply for support to cover meeting registration and social events by emailing the meeting organizer at chrislefflermd@gmail.com.  In the email, the trainee should indicate to which trainee category they belong, the medical school they currently attend (if they are a medical student), and the ophthalmology residency and/or fellowship they are currently completing (or will attend).  Support may be available as funds permit. 

All residents, fellows, trainees, and students (without discipline restriction) presenting a paper may be eligible for financial support covering registration and partial travel expenses; please contact Pam Sieving at pamsieving@gmail.com for assistance with travel support.

Preference in both cases will be given to trainees who:

1)   Email their application for support by Friday, February 13, 2026;

2)   Submit an abstract by Friday, February 13, 2026, have the abstract accepted by the committee, and present at the meeting.
