2024 Meeting Registration
Please complete one form for each person attending the meeting.
The registration fee for those participating in the meeting is now $750 (after March 25). Registration for the meeting will close on Wednesday, April 3, 2024. Full refunds, minus a $100 fee, can be processed until April 1, 2024, after which no refunds can be made.
The registration fee for those attending only the social meal events is $250, and must be made by April 3, 2024, with full refunds, minus a $100 fee, available until that date.
Registration includes continental breakfast and lunch. Please note any significant dietary restrictions below.
Registration for participation only in the scientific presentations, breakfast and lunch (no evening events) is $550 (after March 25).
Residents/fellows/trainees/students presenting a paper or poster may be eligible for financial support; please contact Pam Sieving at pamsieving@gmail.com for assistance.
Submit your payment along with your registration form to secure your place for the 2024 Meeting at this early bird rate, through Monday, March 25, 2024.
Late registrations for the meeting will close on Monday, April 1, 2024.
Refunds can be made until April 1, 2024, minus a $100 fee.
